Instructions
When you click the link aboe, the application will be downloaded and saved to your computer's Downloads folder. Open the downloaded application to start it.
After a few moments, a window will appear displaying information labeled YOUR ID and PASSWORD.
The IT Department will need these details in order to connect to your computer.
Important: Please keep an eye on your screen while the IT is connecting. In some cases you may need to approve or confirm the connection before it can be established.
