Takk Ísland, an annual event celebrated on the Iceland street on Friday June 14 in Vilnius to thank Iceland, for being first to recognise Lithuania’s independence in 1991. Guest of honour Ms Líf Magneudóttir, Politician for the Left Green Movement and a City Councillor at the municipality of Reykjavik, gave a powerful speech about" Reykjavík- A city of white nights and feminist rights".
